"I had a bedroom set delivered to my third floor apartment with sharp turns and tight squeezes. Victor and I agreed on a price and when he got to my home it took well over the amount of time we thought. Him and his employee would not give up until they found a way to get it to the third floor. Even though the job went well beyond what was expected, the price stayed the same. Victor has the patience of a saint and his worker Josh has the most determination of anyone I know. They treated us like family and we had a few laughs as a bonus. The next day we had an out of state move that had to be done ASAP for a family member and Top Notch movers helped us out of a bind. I hired Top Notch Movers to move a living room furniture set from Littleton to Cambridge. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them to a friend. They arrived early, carefully wrapped up all furniture, and moved things *fast*. The advance quote was accurate, the price was competitive with 3 other outfits, and they promptly answered my phone calls (I found phone was better than email to get a reply).

Victor and his assistant Tony are fantastic! We recently moved and many large heavy pieces of furniture to move. They carefully wrapped each item and were very careful to not damage the walls.

"For my 4th time, I am here to hire Top Notch and share my latest experience utilizing their services. In July I hired them once again to move my daughters and friends to a new apartment off campus. Although it was only a few streets away, Victor and the guys took care with everything, wrapping all items in blankets or shrink wrap etc. as if it was moving 100 miles. No matter. On top of that we had a rainy day with at least 3 torrential downpour's but never a complaint. They make moving as pleasurable as can be. My only regret was Ronnie was unable to be there that day due to a family matter! Pricing, punctuality and service were all on point, exactly as discussed! Save yourself any headaches and just call them. Go ahead and look else where but you will end up here eventually."

This company is the best business. My fiancé and I called them the day before and he was very polite, and very helpful. Although they were contacted late, they assured me they would there and they were. Additionally they work very fast and they were very efficient. I took a very last minute shot at finding movers the day before my daughter was moving, as I was having second thoughts on having friends and family help.

Victor (the owner) got in touch with me immediately and was very accommodating. I was thrilled he was able to fit us in.

He called me when he was on his way, and arrived at the scheduled time. He and his team member Tony were extremely efficient, careful, polite, professional, and very reasonably priced. They do not mess around….they were so fast, they finished within the time allotted.

Top Notch Movers saved the day yesterday (7/29/15) when my original movers never showed up! After calling many other moving companies to try and save our moving day the friendliest voice answered the phone. Victor (Owner), was so pleasant and calm my nerves instantly put at ease. I told him my unfortunate situation and He said "Irene, don't worry. We are going to finish up with this customer and me and my team will be there to make this move." And that's EXACTLY what they did. Victor, Tony, and two of their men showed up at about 2:00PM as promised and moved our single family out and smoothly into an apartment one town over. These men were so organized and knew exactly what they were doing. Very respectful and professional. Mind you the Temperature for yesterday was at least 91 degrees and very humid. Despite the long day they had and the heat they were fighting against TOP NOTCH came out on top and I'm forever Thankful for their customer service and the last minute arrangements they made for me and my family so that our moving day was done just how it should have been. I very highly recommend this company for their customer service and over all genuine persona. Victor and his crew really do care and go above and beyond. I will use them over and over for any future moving needs.

Wonderful experience with Top Notch Movers, located in Malden , Ma. From the moment I called, I dealt with very courteous and professional people and whenever I had a question, it was answered promptly. The total cost after the move was well under the low estimate quote I had received and this is due, I'm sure, to the awesome movers we had. These guys never take a break and are efficient and respectful of both your belongings and you as their customer. They even took away some trash for us and happily disassembled some furniture that we hadn't beforehand. I would highly recommend using them and definitely will again if I need to in the future.
